Oscar has over twenty years of experience as Human Resources Professional for multinational, private equity, and start-up organizations such as BHP, Seahawk & Pride Drilling (Ensco), RigNet, and Elementia USA.
He has led teams and executed projects in over twenty countries across five continents. He and his family previously lived overseas in Santiago, Chile where he was the Vice President- Human Resources for BHP Base Metals Division.
